LEADERSHIP QUALITIES:

For over thirty years Laurence P. Favalora, President of Favalora Constructors, Inc., has played an integral part in the Louisiana Construction Industry. Upon Mr. Favalora's graduation from Northeast Louisiana University in 1973, with a degree in Construction Management, he has worked as a Field Engineer, Estimator / Project Manager and Vice President for two other prestigious Construction Companies. 

In 1984 Mr. Favalora founded Favalora Constructors, Inc. on the principles he acquired during his education process and eleven years of actual experience. He wanted a company that practiced professionalism and integrity, and one that delivered a project built with quality and safety by people with pride.

All of FAVCON's management personnel have at least ten years of experience with our firm which is a prime example of our sense of family and dedication to success. 

Mr. Favalora has achieved the classification of Certified Professional Constructors, - #739 issued by the American Institute of Constructors.

Mr. Favalora is Chairman of the Industry Advisory Council at the School of Construction Management at the University Of Louisiana – Monroe. Mr. Favalora is committed to excellence in construction through education both at the University level and Vocational Training of their craft workers.

Working side by side with Laurence Favalora, Jason Favalora has played an integral part in developing the company's Marketing and Business Development policies and standards. Jason has been employed with the company since the age of thirteen performing tasks from laborer, carpenter helper, heavy equipment operator, civil crew supervisor, jobsite manager, junior estimator, assistant project manager, estimator, project manager and now Director of Business Development and Marketing.
